Yes, that is the new motto over here at RealTime Marketing Group. Of course Disney has had decades to perfect their flawless business model, but they have yet to stop enhancing just about every aspect possible. Calling a nationwide business is usually the worst part of anyone’s day. Not when calling Disney, upon hanging up the instant feeling of joy is bestowed upon your day.
Between their 11 park destinations, ever-expanding hotels, water parks, vacation homes, and cruise lines, there is plenty opportunity for failure; which has likely happened once upon of time. However, in my 20 years of being a devout Disney fan, yearly visitor, and cruise attendee I have yet to be disappointed.
Over the past few years, with the emergence of social Disney has been working hard to conquer this new feat. And this is why Disney is the brand to watch, model yourself after, and ask daily “What would Disney Do?” They have created a lasting impression with just about every costumer, and now maintain that even when visitors are sitting in their office on a Monday.
